Coppell Deli: Your Go-To Spot for Delicious Breakfast & Lunch in Coppell, TX

This deli offers a solid dining experience. On a recent Saturday visit, the low crowd volume allowed for a prompt ordering and food service. I tried the California burger, chocolate shake, pancakes, and bacon, all of which were enjoyable. The atmosphere is pleasant, featuring various interesting decor elements to enhance the experience. I would definitely consider returning to sample additional items from the menu.

Solid little deli. We went on a Saturday, there weren’t many people there so ordering/receiving our food was veryyy timely. I had a burger and fries and my partner had french toast and scrambled eggs/bacon; we both really enjoyed our meals! The atmosphere was nice, a lot of interesting things to look at. I would happily come back and try out more menu items (:

These are the best burgers. They require two hands! Juicy and delicious always made to order. Not the dive diner it used to be. It’s a bit classy now but the burgers still amazing. Breakfast is good as well but burger, tots with sweet tea

I still like the atmosphere of old Coppell Deli better. It was an old grocery store, concrete floor and stuff, just the history. Have to say I think they stepped up the food more than a little. Got what I usually get since I hadn't been in awhile, Double cheese burger (1lb of meat between 2 patties), large onion ring (breaded, with great balance of onion to breading), large drink. Price had more than doubled since 2008, but my room mate and I agreed, would be a weekly stop, but worth it once and awhile. Think I'll have the Reuban Sandwich next time.

Was in the area for an event and a resident of the area recommended the Deli for lunch. Wow his choice was perfect, great atmosphere, decor, and the food was over the top fantastic. Will be returning.

We were cruising through town hunting for a quick bite — tired of the same old fast-food drive-thru roulette, but without enough time to sit down for a “real” meal. My wife hesitated when she spotted this deli, but I was tired, hungry, and honestly… it looked promising. Best decision of the day. The place is bright, spotless, and has that classic old-school diner vibe where you can actually see your food being made — always a good sign. The menu? Fantastic. The prices? Fair. The food? Phenomenal. And the portions? Let’s just say you won’t leave hungry. The staff was friendly, upbeat, and looked like they genuinely enjoyed being there — which is rarer than it should be. This deli just became our go-to stop every time we’re in Coppell, Texas. Give it a shot. Your stomach will thank you.

My brother had been there before, so it was highly recommended. I was pleasantly surprised. Loved the food. The service was great (we were the only ones at one point, but it was Wed morning before Thanksgiving). I must say that I rate pancakes (my favorite breakfast food aside from bacon), and let me tell you... they get 10 stars out of 5! Amazing! We even went walking after breakfast and came back to place an order to go so my brother would take it to my nieces. They like the place as much as I do now!

This first time dining in at the Coppell Deli & Grill. Restaurant was clean and staff were friendly. I ordered a catfish dinner with fries, it was cooked perfectly. The fish batter on the fish was light and crispy. The tater tots were so so good!! We always ordered Fried Chicken dinner and the chicken was crispy and juicy and that gravy was delicious. The bacon cheeseburger was also cooked beautifully. As someone only passing through Coppell, TX this is a definite must try. If I am ever back in this area I will definitely be stopping in to try the breakfast menu. Which I hear is the best in Texas!!! Highly recommend!!!
